I have been making these pretty amazing man-wiches for Tim & I all week. Today’s variation has portugese marinated chicken, bacon, cheese, lettuce tomato, avocado and mayonnaiseb! This is a pic of yesterdays though which had mushys cooked with garlic and no bacon! Yum!

Holy crap now this is a sandwich!
